A current resident in the Qualico® community of Beau Val shares their experience of living in this inviting community located in the charming city of Beaumont.

While driving by, I noticed Beau Val, and liked the fact that is was located outside of Beaumont, but still part of the community and the price was what we were looking for. I like that we are close to everything, but don’t have a lot of traffic down our street so it’s safe for the kids. We look forward to when the park gets built, but enjoy that there are not a lot of houses around us. The houses in the area are perfect for the newly married or those just starting a family. It’s a great community!
